Draft last updated 24 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Policy Generator, a service provided by Philip George Ltd trading as Philip George Advisory. By using the service you agree to them.
The service helps you draft compliance documents by turning your answers into structured policies and gap actions. It is an aid, not a substitute for professional judgement. It does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document with a qualified professional before you adopt or rely on it, and for keeping it current.
Prices are shown before purchase and taken through Stripe. Because generated documents are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable once a document is downloaded, except where required by law. Contact us if something went wrong and we will make it right.
You own the documents you generate and may use them for your own organisation. We retain all rights in the service, its templates, rule logic and software.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Philip George Advisory is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you take based on a generated document. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
We may update these terms and will post the current version here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: philip@pgadvisory.io.
